Meet Our Team
David Crowell, Owner / President
Dave started in the electrical field in 1973, working for an electrical contractor. In 1980 he and two others started an electrical contracting company. 14 years later, in 1995, he started David Crowell Electric. Dave currently manages the business, provides estimates, and manages projects.
In his time off, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife, kids, and grand kids. He also enjoys fishing, listening to the Stones or Tom Petty, and watching a good movie.
Dave has built a strong company foundation that allows growth. His goals include learning something new every day, appreciating what he has, and helping others achieve their goals.
Craig Flournoy, Estimator / Project Manager
Craig has a dual role as both an Estimator and a Project Manager for David Crowell Electric. He has served the company in this capacity for just over 15 years. He has been in the electrical industry for nearly 45 years.
Starting in 1981 as an electrician, Craig served in the field as a California state certified Journeyman where he eventually transitioned into a Foreman for several large southern California electrical contractors.
30 years ago, Craig moved from the field to working in the office in the capacity he currently serves DCE as an Estimator and Project Manager. He is also OSHA 30 certified.
Rod Wiederspahn, Estimator / Project Manager
Although new to DCE, Rod started in the electrical trade 50 years ago working and learning from his grandfather in his hometown of Denver Colorado. He moved to California in 1988 working for one of the larger electrical contractors in Orange County.
Rod has been involved with the Associated Builders and Contractors for over 40 years, first attending apprenticeship classes, eventually becoming a NCCER certified master electrical instructor. He has also been an instructor, committee member, and chairman of several different committees at ABC So Cal over the last 35 years.
In 2022 Rod made a change and went to work with an amazing group of people at David Crowell Electric. His duties include estimating and project management.
Chrissie Schlater, Accounting Dept Manager
Chrissie has worked in the industry for the past 36 years. She is responsible for all things accounting, including but not limited to Payables and Receivables for the company. David Crowell Electric has been her home for the past 18 years, and she loves working here!
David Martinez, Electrical Superintendent / Safety Manager
With more than 15 years of experience in all fields of electrical including service and commercial building, David brings knowledge from the field to his position as Superintendent.
His electrical experience includes tenant improvement projects; new/ground up projects; troubleshooting fire alarm and security systems; overall building maintenance; and mechanical rooms; troubleshooting lighting programs.
When he’s not at work handling the many tasks he has as a Superintendent, he spends his off time working on his house and spending time with family.
Kenny Impastato, Service Manager
As a DCE Service Manager Kenny handles the bidding of service jobs and oversees those jobs, as well as his own crew. Kenny has been in the electrical industry for over 40 years and has done an amazing job ramping up DCE’s service business over the past 8 years. He is also OSHA 30 certified. When not at work, Kenny enjoys his time out on the golf course.
Tiffany Lucarelli, Human Resources/Office Manager/Safety Coordinator
There are many roles that Tiffany fills. Handling of employee matters, payroll processing, office operations, to the coordination of safety protocols & processes. With many years of construction industry background, she is adding to her experience and knowledge with the many new opportunities DCE has provided. Tiffany has enjoyed the 2 years she has been with DCE and is looking forward to many more. When not at work, she enjoys the beach and spending time with her kids.
